Required Skills, Responsibilities and Duties

• ● Handling Tour Enquires for Domestic Market like : Andaman & Nicobar , North East , Chardham , Himachal Pradesh.
• ● Handling Sales Enquiries, Bookings, Documentation, Complaints handling, etc.
• ● Designing & preparing itineraries of holiday packages for customers.
• ● Handling domestic bookings & documentation.
• ● Correspondence dealing with transporters handling agents.
• ● Processing bookings by coordinating with the team and agents.
• ● Domestic / International Destination Knowledge needed.
• ● Should have experience in travel company.
• ● Attending to customer queries through emails and phones calls and taking regular follow up.
• ● Self-motivated, resourceful
• ● Should be a quick learner.
• ● Ability and willingness to work in a multi-tasking environment.
